What a month of mailboxes costs
List prices for 15, 100 and 300 mailboxes. Google and Microsoft prices are per user per month with an annual commitment.

The table stops at 300 because Google Business Starter and Microsoft 365 Business Basic are both limited to 300 users. Spinbox is billed monthly, or yearly at 10 months’ cost. Google and Microsoft prices are the list prices with an annual commitment. Spinbox domains are $15 a year.

Business Starter lists at $7 per user a month on the annual option, with 30 GB of pooled storage. Standard is $14 and Plus is $22.
Microsoft 365
Business Basic lists at $7.00 per user a month paid yearly, with Teams and 1 TB of cloud storage per user. Business Standard is $14. Exchange Online Plan 1 is $4.00 per user a month paid yearly and covers email only.
Spinbox
Ready-to-send mailboxes for cold email outreach, from $2.00 each down to $1.00 each as your order grows. The minimum is 15 mailboxes, which is $30 a month.
What you give up and get
